Hawaii Health Systems appoints Janiece McNichols regional CFO: 4 notes

Honolulu-based Hawaii Health Systems tapped Janiece McNichols to serve as regional CFO, according to a Hawaii Tribune-Herald report.

Here are four notes:

1. Ms. McNichols will have financial oversight over the health system’s East Hawaii region.

2. The East Hawaii region includes Hilo Medical Center, Hale Ho‘ola Hamakua and Ka‘u Hospital as well as 10 outpatient clinics.

3. Hawaii Health System’s East region employs 1,300 people.  

4. Ms. McNichols most recently worked with Denver-based Centura Health.
