Mr. Gombar joined Carolinas HealthCare System, the largest vertically integrated healthcare system in North and South Carolina, in 1984. Previously, he served as an audit manager and healthcare consultant with Arthur Andersen. Mr. Gombar is a member of many professional organizations, including the Health Management Academy and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
