Ms. Huffman, who has project management experience and has worked with Medicaid and Medicare health plans as well as Medicaid Management Information Systems, will join the Southern California team, according to Freed. Ms. Kwok, who has significant population health knowledge as well as experience with areas such as value-based payment and revenue cycle management, will join the Northern California team.
Ms. Huffman previously worked for Long Beach, Calif.-based Molina Healthcare, while Ms. Kwok previously worked for Blue Shield of California, among other healthcare organizations.
