Mr. Howe was named CFO after serving as the hospital’s interim finance chief since August. Prior to joining Frank R. Howard Memorial Hospital, Mr. Howe served as regional director of financial services for Mendocino County. He was also previously director of business intelligence at Glendale (Calif.) Adventist Medical Center, according to the report.
