Frank Almendarez Joins Willamette Valley Medical Center as COO

Frank Almendarez has joined Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville, Ore., as COO, according to a Yamhill Valley News-Register report.

Mr. Almendarez has 29 years of experience in clinical and leadership positions. He was most recently the chief clinical and nursing operator of Alta Vista Hospital in Las Vegas, according to the report.
