Armando Llechu was appointed COO of Broward Health Coral Springs (Fla.), according to a hospital news release shared with Becker’s.
Mr. Llechu joined the 278-bed hospital on June 9. Prior to his current role, he served as chief officer of hospital-based care at Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Health, where he led operations, quality and cost management, according to the release.
Broward Health Coral Springs is part of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health, a five-hospital public health system with more than 11,000 employees.
