Fairfield Medical Center CFO Sky Gettys to retire

Sky Gettys, CFO of Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio, is retiring, effective April 30.

Mr. Gettys has worked at Fairfield for about 20 years. He was financial controller before becoming CFO and served as interim CEO in 2013.

During his time at Fairfield Medical Center, Mr. Gettys led major construction projects and was a key player in the acquisition of River View Surgery Center in Lancaster and multiple provider practices, according to Columbus Business First.

Fairfield Medical Center has a 222-bed nonprofit hospital and more than 2,000 employees.
