Dr. Creel had been serving as interim CMO since May. Prior to that position, Dr. Creel served as chief of staff of Erlanger Health System and chief of emergency medicine at the health system’s trauma center.
Dr. Creel is board certified in emergency medicine and undersea and hyperbaric medicine, according to the report.
