Most recently, Ms. Margolis served as interim CEO, CNO and vice president of operations at 110-bed Emory Johns Creek. She succeeds former CEO Craig McCoy, who was named CEO of Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital in September 2014.

Mr. Owens has been serving as interim CEO and vice president of operations at 511-bed Emory University Hospital Midtown. He succeeds Dane Peterson, the former CEO who was named to the newly created position of Emory Healthcare hospital group president in October 2014.

A search for candidates to assume Ms. Margolis’ and Mr. Owens’ previous positions is underway.
