Elliot Health System promotes CNO Jean Ten Haken to COO

Manchester, N.H.-based Elliot Health System selected Jean Ten Haken, MSN, RN, to serve as COO, effective May 1.

Ms. Haken currently serves as senior vice president of patient care services and CNO at the health system. She came to Elliot from Concord (N.H.) Hospital, where she served as vice president of acute care nursing. She has previously worked at Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where she served in a number of roles, including as director of intermediate cardiac care and cardiovascular critical care units.

“[Jean] is keenly aware of the complexities of delivering high quality care to our patients and she has been very effective in leading Elliot to achieve some of the highest quality standards in healthcare,” said Doug Dean, CEO of Elliot Health System, in a statement.
