Elliot Health System hires new VP of strategic planning & government relations: 3 points

Elliot Health System in Manchester, N.H., selected Steve Norton to serve as senior vice president of strategic planning and government relations, effective Oct. 2, according to a Manchester Ink Link report.

1. Mr. Norton formerly served as executive director of the New Hampshire Center for Public Policy Studies, a private, nonprofit think tank.

2. He also worked at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, where he served as Medicaid director.

3. He currently serves on the Federal Reserve Board’s New England Public Policy Advisory board.
