Dr. Ronda Lehman named Lima Market president at Mercy Health

Cincinnati-based Mercy Health has selected Ronda Lehman, PharmD, to serve as president of its Lima Market, according to a Hometown Stations online report.

Dr. Lehman, who assumed the role Sept. 1, most recently served as president of Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, Ohio. She joined Mercy Health in 1995 as a pharmacy intern.

She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a PharmD from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Tiffin (Ohio) University.

Dr. Lehman succeeds Bob Baxter, who has served as president of the Lima market since 2010. Mr. Baxter will continue as president of the Toledo market, a role he assumed in 2017.

Mercy Health is part of Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health.
