Dr. Charisse Oland to serve as HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital CEO

Charisse Oland, EdD, will assume the president and CEO roles at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chippewa Falls, Wis., effective Nov. 27.

Dr. Oland comes to HSHS St. Joseph’s from Rusk County Memorial Hospital in Ladysmith, Wis., where she served as CEO. She previously worked as regional director of strategy and business development at HSHS Western Wisconsin Division, which includes HSHS St. Joseph’s and HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, Wis.

Dr. Oland succeeds Joan Coffman, who left to take on the top position at HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, Ill.
