1. Dr. Rosenburg most recently served as chief of staff and chief of staff-elect at Palomar Medical Center Escondido (Calif.) and Palomar Medical Center Downtown Escondido.
2. Fellowship-trained in cardiopulmonary surgery and cardiovascular surgery, he has more than 25 years of clinical and management experience.
3. He also holds an MBA from San Diego-based Ashford University’s Forbes School of Business.
