Peter J. Plantes, MD, senior vice president of physician enterprises at Irving, Texas-based Christus Health and CEO of Christus Physician Group, plans to retire Nov. 3.

1. Dr. Plantes led Christus Health’s employed multispecialty physician network for the last five years.

2. Once Dr. Plantes retires, Jason Markham is slated to serve as chief administrative officer of Christus Physician Enterprises, which includes Christus Physician Group and Christus Trinity Clinic.

3. Mr. Markham is currently chief administrative officer of Christus Trinity Clinic, which has 82 locations across Texas.
