Verity Health System taps new chief technology officer

Redwood City, Calif.-based Verity Health System named Eric Leader its chief technology officer.

Mr. Leader comes to Verity equipped with 18 years of healthcare experience and over 30 years experience in software and technology. He has worked at numerous healthcare organizations and technology firms, including San Francisco-based Dignity Health and NantHealth, a precision medicine company.

In his new role, Mr. Leader will establish a technology office at Verity Health, responsible for strategic planning, the design and implementation of new technology as well as updating existing technology.
