DeKalb Health Names Fred Price CEO

DeKalb Health in Auburn, Ind., has named Fred Price, MBA, president and CEO, effective Jan. 21.

Mr. Price has more than 25 years of healthcare experience. In September 2012, he launched Sapphire Development and Consulting, a healthcare consulting firm, where he has since served as an advisor. Prior to that, he was CEO of Monroe Hospital in Bloomington, Ind.

Mr. Price is taking over for interim CEO Kelly Dunham. Ms. Dunham has been filling in since September 2012, when former CEO Kirk Ray resigned.
