Prior to Cal INDEX, Mr. Watson held a number of senior management roles including leading healthcare product strategy for Oracle. He has also previously served as senior vice president and chief technology officer for Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente.
In his new role, Mr. Watson will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives for the payer market and the ongoing development of SSI’s analytics products.
