David Verinder named permanent CEO of Sarasota Memorial Hospital

Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Hospital has named David Verinder as its permanent CEO, according to a Tampa Bay Business Journal report.

Mr. Verinder was previously Sarasota Memorial’s COO before he was tapped to serve as interim CEO after the departure of Gwen MacKenzie in June.

The board approved Mr. Verinder’s appointment with a unanimous vote, according to the report.
