Crawford County (Iowa) Memorial Hospital promotes CNO to CEO

Crawford County Memorial Hospital in Denison, Iowa, has tapped Erin Muck, RN, to serve as CEO.

Ms. Muck, who assumed the leadership position Aug. 1, was the hospital’s vice president of clinical services and chief nursing officer for four years.

She was CNO of Grand River Health in Rifle, Colo., and has served in several leadership roles at Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center in Marshall, Minn. She holds an MBA from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City.

Ms. Muck succeeds Bill Bruce, who will continue to serve as president of the hospital and of the hospital’s foundation through Dec. 31.
