Julie Manas was appointed region president of Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health’s Northwest Region, effective Jan. 2, according to a Nov. 18 news release shared with Becker’s.
In this role, Ms. Manas will oversee growth, performance, innovation and strategic direction for 12 hospitals, 284 outpatient centers and other care sites across Washington and Oregon, according to the release.
She joins CommonSpirit from Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health, where she served as division president overseeing 12 hospitals and related clinics across nine states, including Oregon. She previously served as region president for Ascension Indiana, part of St. Louis-based Ascension.
CommonSpirit delivers care through more than 2,300 clinics and care sites, 138 hospital-based locations, and additional home-based and virtual services across 24 states.
