Columbus Regional Health’s hospital operations division president abruptly departs

Ryan Chandler, hospital division president at Columbus (Ga.) Regional Health, is no longer employed by the health system, according to a Ledger-Enquirer report.

In a statement, the health system told that Ledger-Enquirer  it has “ended its employment relationship” with Mr. Chandler, but is “grateful for his professional contributions and wish[es] him success in future endeavors.” The health system provided no further details.

Mr. Chandler served as hospital division president since May 2016. Per the role, he oversaw both Midtown Medical Center and Northside Medical Center, both located in Columbus. Prior to that, he was CEO of Midtown Medical Center.

Mr. Chandler came to Columbus Regional Health from Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, Ohio, where he served as COO, according to his LinkedIn profile.
