Aledade named Sashi Moodley, MD, as chief medical officer and Kim Wittman as chief people officer, the Bethesda, Md.-based value-based care company said in a Sept. 9 news release.
Aledade said it will consolidate clinical strategy across its network of primary care partners in 46 states under Dr. Moodley, who will also oversee implementation of AI-driven tools, including the Aledade App and Aledade Assist.
He previously served as CMO at Walgreens, where he developed enterprise clinical strategy and founded its quality management program, and as national vice president at Anthem’s CareMore & Aspire Health, where he oversaw clinical innovation across more than 40 states.
Ms. Wittman will lead enterprise people strategy, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, internal AI transformation and leadership development. She most recently served as CPO at Waystar and brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience across healthcare, retail and technology.
