Mr. Mitchell previously served as president and CEO of Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen, Wash., and as COO of St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center in Pueblo, Colo.
Mr. Mitchell holds a master’s degree in mass communication management from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
