He comes to Estes Park Health from Billings (Mont.) Clinic, where he has served as vice president of regional operations since 2015. He has had operational responsibility for regional critical access hospitals and regional branch clinics, among other duties.
Before joining Billings Clinic, which serves patients in Montana, northern Wyoming and the western Dakotas, Mr. Carda was vice president at Sanford Health Network in Sioux Falls, S.D.
