1. Most recently, Ms. Farrell served as the medical center’s interim COO.

2. She is equipped with more than 30 years of healthcare industry experience and has served in leadership positions at San Angelo (Texas) Community Medical Center, Tomball (Texas) Regional Medical Center and Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado.

3. She will assume the CEO role immediately.
