Mr. Gage’s last day at Children’s Hospital will be Jan. 2, 2015. He joined the hospital in January 2012.
Mr. Gage held executive positions as the MD Anderson Cancer Center until 2005 when he left to become vice president of finance at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston before moving to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
