2. She has prior experience serving as vice president of operations and administration at Dallas-based Baylor University Medical Center and as vice president of digestive disease and neuroscience service line at Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health’s North Texas Division.
3. Ms. Youngblood is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
4. She holds an executive MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
