Charles Prosper appointed chief executive of PeaceHealth’s Northwest network

Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth has selected Charles Prosper to serve as chief executive of the PeaceHealth Northwest network.

Mr. Prosper has served as interim chief executive of the Northwest network since Dale Zender retired Sept. 30. Mr. Prosper became the network’s permanent leader in October, overseeing PeaceHealth’s hospital operations in Bellingham, Sedro-Woolley and Friday Harbor in Washington and in Ketchikan, Alaska.

He was previously COO of the Northwest network of facilities. Prior to joining PeaceHealth in March, he was CEO of Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland, Calif.

Mr. Prosper holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
