Dr. Hirsch has previously served as CEO of the hospital from Dec. 2004-Aug. 2005, according to the report. He also served as chief of surgery at St. Louis’s Missouri Baptist Medical Center and was founder of Suburban Surgical Associates in west St. Louis County.
Forest Park Hospital has been experiencing years of declining revenue and patient volume, according to the report.
