Dr. Johannsen has been an emergency medicine physician at CTMC since 2009 and has served as medical director of the emergency department for six years and as chief of staff in 2012.

Dr. Johannsen completed medical school at the University of Iowa and completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Florida.
