Dr. Berger most recently served as professor and vice chair for quality and safety in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He was previously senior vice president and COO of Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston.
In addition to his medical training, he holds a master’s degree in healthcare management from the Harvard University T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston.
