California hospital CEO resigns

Stephen DelRossi has resigned as CEO of Bishop, Calif.-based Northern Inyo Healthcare District, which operates a 25-bed critical access hospital.

Mr. DelRossi stepped down March 25 “to take some time to focus on his family,” a spokesperson told Becker’s. The board of directors has not yet announced plans for next steps.

Allison Partridge, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer and COO, is serving as acting CEO in the interim.

Mr. DelRossi joined the organization in August 2022 as CFO, took on the role of interim CEO in May 2023, and was named permanent CEO in November 2023. He continued to serve as CFO while the organization recruited a replacement. Andrea Mossman now serves as CFO.
