Ms. Havericak has served as interim CEO of the hospital since March. She was previously its COO.
She has also served as associate vice president of strategic and administrative services and regional director of strategic service lines at the hospital
Ms. Havericak is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is affiliated with the Florida Society of Clinical Oncology. She holds a master of science degree in nursing administration from Indiana State University in Terre Haute.
