Brookwood Baptist Health selects CFO: 3 things to know

Birmingham, Ala.-based Brookwood Baptist Health appointed Jay Pennisson group CFO and CFO of Brookwood Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham.

Here are three things to know:

1. Mr. Pennisson most recently served as vice president of finance and CFO for Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare’s Texas Region, which includes 21 hospitals.

2. Previously, he was CFO of Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, S.C., and of Atlanta Medical Center.

3. He has received the Tenet Circle of Excellence Award 10 times.
