Mr. McKernan is currently vice president of Bronson Healthcare Midwest. He previously served as CEO of Kalamazoo, Mich.-based Healthcare Midwest before it became a member of Bronson Healthcare and director of trauma and critical care at Bronson Methodist Hospital.
