Bowie Memorial Hospital CEO Michael McEachern resigns

Michael McEachern, CEO of Bowie (Texas) Memorial Hospital, has resigned. He will depart from the hospital in mid-May.

Bowie Memorial Hospital has been managed by Plano, Texas-based Community Hospital Corporation since 2013.

Under Mr. McEachern’s leadership, the hospital opened a new walk-in clinic, completed a Community Health Needs assessment to determine the health needs of the community and began hospital improvements.

According to Tim Winn, Bowie Memorial Hospital’s board chair, the hospital is collaborating with CHC to search for a new executive leader.
