Ms. Brown is credited with leading the physician-owned organization through a financial turnaround and significant growth. Upon joining TDC, Ms. Brown led the closing of clinics in Belfair and West Bremerton, restructuring staff, renegotiating contracts with health plans and recruiting high-quality physicians, according to the report. During her tenure, TDC grew from 45 healthcare professionals to more than 80, with more than 450 employees across nine locations. Ambulatory surgery, physical therapy and imaging services were also added under her leadership.
Jay Burghart, CFO and COO of TDC for 15 years, will replace Ms. Brown.
