In this role, Mr. Dover is responsible for leading the direction and strategy for the SID, which includes HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham, HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese, HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland, the HSHS Medical Group in Springfield, Prairie Cardiovascular and HSHS Home Care, both of which are also in Springfield..
Mr. Dover has more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience. Most recently, he served as Santa Clara County ministry market leader for Los Altos Hills, Calif.-based Daughters Charity Health System. In this role, he served as president and CEO of O’Connor Hospital in San Jose, Calif., and Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, Calif.
