Bonnie Panlasigui named chief administrative officer for Alameda Hospital

Oakland, Calif.-based Alameda Hospital has appointed Bonnie Panlasigui as the chief administrative officer, effective Oct. 20.

In this role, Ms. Panlasigui will oversee Alameda Hospital and its Certified Primary Stroke Center, Creedon Center for Advanced Wound Care, Bay Area Bone and Joint Center, Waters Edge Skilled Nursing Facility and South Shore Convalescent Hospital.

Most recently, Ms. Panlasigui was the COO of Dupont Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, Ind. Previously, she was an associate administrator with Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America

She has navigated the healthcare industry landscape to great success in varied environments,” said Mark Fratzke, Alameda Health System’s COO. “I am confident she will provide exceptional leadership of Alameda Hospital’s day-to-day operations and continued service expansion on the island as we continue our proud tradition of actively supporting and improving the health of the citizens of Alameda.”
