Dr. Kaper is an anesthesiologist who served as chief of anesthesia at the hospital from 2011 to 2014. In his new role, he is responsible for delivery of care and service excellence, clinical staff recruitment and promoting the growth of clinical programs, among other tasks.
Dr. Kaper earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
