Baylor Scott & White Health appoints 4 executives

Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health, a 48-hospital system, added four executives to its leadership team.

Jennifer Settle Brown will serve as the organization's chief legal officer. Ms. Brown has previously served as senior vice president and general counsel for Albuquerque, N.M.-based Presbyterian Healthcare Services and a partner in the healthcare practice group of two national law firms. She will assume her new role in January 2018.

Baylor Scott & White promoted LaVone Arthur to chief strategy officer. With more than 30 years of experience working at the health system, Ms. Arthur most recently served as chief integration officer.

Kristi Sherrill Hoyl, who has been with Baylor Scott & White for 13 years, is now the health system's chief policy, government and community affairs officer. She most recently served as chief government affairs officer. She also has past experience serving as chief of staff to the mayors of Dallas.

Nikki Moll is the health system's new senior vice president of marketing and communications. Ms. Moll has worked at Baylor Scott & White for 11 years, and helped design the health system's public relations strategy. She also led numerous other campaigns that gained national media attention.
