Dr. Prather is currently vice president of population health and chief strategy officer at Hardin Memorial Health in Elizabethtown, Ky. He is also CMO of the HMH Medical Group. Baptist Health has managed Hardin Memorial Health for two decades. The organization is expected to join Baptist Health in December.
Dr. Prather has previously served as vice president and inaugural CMO of Baptist Health. A family medicine physician, he has worked in private practice in Elizabethtown. He serves as secretary/treasurer of the Central Kentucky Community Foundation.
