Here are four notes:
1. Mr. Wall most recently served as executive director of Mission Viejo, Calif.-based Head & Neck Associates of Orange County.
2. Before then, he was acting president and CEO at Providence St. John’s Health Center’s John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, Calif.
3. Mr. Wall’s appointment comes soon after the Antelope Valley Healthcare District board of directors terminated a management contract with Irvine, Calif.-based Alecto Healthcare, which had been operating the hospital for a little over a year.
4. Mr. Wall is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a former board member of the Hospital Council of Southern California.
