Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin promotes 4 hospital leaders

Milwaukee-based Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin elevated the roles of four community hospital leaders effective Jan. 1.

1. Allen Ericson, president of St. Joseph’s Hospital in West Bend, Wis., will expand his responsibilities to include president of Froedtert & MCW health network’s community hospital division management team. Mr. Ericson will lead the team overseeing operations at St. Joseph’s and Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls, Wis.

2. Teri Lux, vice president of patient care services and CNO of Froedtert & MCW’s community hospital division, will be promoted to president of Community Memorial Hospital and COO of the community hospital division.

3. Shelly Waala, executive director of patient care services, will replace Ms. Lux as vice president of patient care services and CNO of the community hospital division.

4. Deb McCann, director of critical care and emergency services, will replace Ms. Waala as executive director of patient care services.
