Aiken Regional Medical Centers selects new CEO: 3 things to know

Aiken (S.C.) Regional Medical Centers hired Jim O’Loughlin, PhD, to serve as CEO, effective Feb. 27.

Three things to know:

1. Mr. O’Loughlin most recently worked at Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.

2. He earned his doctorate degree at Florida State University in Tallahassee and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

3. He is the permanent successor to Vance Reynolds, who resigned in 2018.
