Adventist Health names Dr. Hoda Asmar chief clinical officer: 3 points

Roseville, Calif.-based Adventist Health selected Hoda Asmar, MD, to serve as senior vice president and chief clinical officer, effective June 15.

Here are three points:

1. Most recently, Dr. Asmar served as corporate CMO for system clinical improvement at Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis, Tenn.

2. She also previously held CMO roles at Albuquerque, N.M.-based Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Naperville, Ill.-based Edward Health Services and Clinton Township, Mich.-based St. Joseph’s Healthcare and Medical Center.

3. She holds an MBA degree in integrative management from Michigan State University in East Lansing.
