AdventHealth taps CEO for newly formed network

Audrey Gregory, PhD, MSN, RN, has been named senior executive vice president and CEO of Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth’s multi-division delivery network.

The newly formed division includes AdventHealth’s multi-state and primary health divisions, according to a May 13 health system news release. The health system formed the primary health division in 2023, aligning primary care practices, urgent care, home health services and population health.

Dr. Gregory will oversee operations and strategy across the network’s portfolio of hospitals and outpatient centers. 

Dr. Gregory brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience, including as an executive and as a trauma and emergency room nurse. She joined AdventHealth in 2021 as president and CEO of its East Florida Division. Before that, she held various executive positions at Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare, including as group CEO of Detroit Medical Center.
