Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth has named Caitlin Lewis as CEO of AdventHealth East Orlando (Fla.), effective Feb. 2.
Ms. Lewis has served as COO of the East Orlando campus for the past three years, according to a Jan. 19 health system news release. She has more than 15 years of experience at AdventHealth, including time as COO of AdventHealth Winter Park (Fla.).
During her tenure at AdventHealth East Orlando, Ms. Lewis led efforts to expand specialty care and supported capital projects including a $14 million operating room expansion and a $13.5 million parking garage.
She will succeed Michael Mewhirter, who was named CEO of AdventHealth Celebration (Fla.).
