1. Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health has tapped Penny Cermak to serve as executive vice president and system CFO, effective immediately.

2. Copley Hospital in Morrisville, Vt., has selected Deb Dorain to serve as CFO.

3. Burlington-based University of Vermont Health Network selected Christopher Hickey to serve as CFO of Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh, N.Y., and Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, N.Y.

4. Pipestone (Minn.) County Medical Center CFO Dave Keeler is retiring, effective May 3.

5. McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, Ill., appointed Bill Murdock vice president and CFO, effective April 22.

6. Buffalo, N.Y.-based Kaleida Health named Robert J. Nesselbush executive vice president and CFO.

7. Cody (Wyo.) Regional Health CFO Randy Nightengale resigned, effective May 31.

8. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health has selected Onel Rodriguez to serve as CFO of Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.

9. Memorial Hospital at Gulfport (Miss.) named Mark Wack CFO.
